Social Engagement
I provide complete management of all social profiles on behalf of a small, select groups of clients who choose to outsource their Social Media Engagement efforts. Using a mutually agreed upon, customized strategy, I will build a thriving community across the social media platforms that are most relevant to your business and the customers you wish to build relationships with. I will sustain your community with real-time daily interaction during which I will provide posts, reply to comments and questions, search for and connect with people mentioning your name or service, and monitor the internet for mentions of your name for reputation management purposes. At no time will I use a robotic, 3rd-party application to post content to your platforms – all interaction will be live. A monthly Metrics Report will show the results of our Social Engagement efforts.
Social Education
I provide customized Social Media Landscape presentations for organizations considering the integration of social media into their current marketing efforts, as well as focused, platform specific tutorials for those who are expanding an established presence with additional channels; i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Fickr, etc.

Working with you, I write Social Media Use Policies that address the unique needs of your organization and customer base, construct complete Social Media Action Plans to incorporate Social Media with your existing marketing efforts, and customize social platforms with your branding to reflect a consistent identity to the public.
Social Consulting
I provide customized, in-depth training for employees of organizations that have chosen to pursue Social Media Engagement efforts in-house. Your employees will gain the skills and knowledge necessary for complete management, measurement and reporting of your organization’s Social Media efforts. Consulting includes delivery of branded platforms, a Social Media Use Policy, a 3-month Social Media Action Plan, an Alert Monitoring platform and a reference resource.
